研究了一株对虾弧菌病病原菌对24种药物的敏感性,测定了几种抗菌性较强、抗菌谱较广且价格较低廉的药物对该菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)以及药物在海水环境中对该菌作用的有效性和药物联用效果。结果表明,不同药物具有不同的MIC值,在特定的实验条件下,药物之间的作用表现为:协同、拮抗和无关三种结果,不同药物在海水中作用时间不一。本文对药物滥施乱用的后果进行了讨论并提出了有效控制病菌、合理用药的建议,同时强调在水产养殖活动中,在防治微生物病害方面实施生态防治技术的重要性和必要性。
The sensitivity of a pathogen of vibrios shrimp to 24 drugs was studied. The effects of several antibacterial, antibacterial and antibacterial drugs on the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal Concentration (MBC) and the effectiveness of the drug in the seawater environment and the drug combination effect. The results showed that different drugs have different MIC values. Under certain experimental conditions, the effects of the drugs are as follows: synergistic, antagonistic and irrelevant. The effects of different drugs in seawater are different for different times. This article discusses the consequences of indiscriminate drug abuse and puts forward suggestions for effective control of germs and rational drug use. At the same time, it emphasizes the importance and necessity of implementing ecological control technologies in the prevention and control of microbial diseases in aquaculture activities.
