（1）巧查裂纹。机器上的零件一旦出现裂纹，切不可勉强使用。但怎样判断零件是否有裂纹及裂纹在哪里呢？将可疑的零件放到煤油里浸泡30min，取出擦干表面，在表面抹上一层粉笔灰，等一段时间后，由于粉笔灰吸收了裂纹里渗出的煤油，使有裂纹的地方变黑，即可查出零件裂纹的部分。
