本文以全球化进程的加快为切入点,指出全球化的外延不再局限于经济的全球化,已扩展至政治全球化、文化全球化、环境问题全球化等多个方面。通过对在这一过程中,传统国家主权概念分别在经济、政治、文化等方面相继受到的冲击和挑战的探讨,为主权在全球化背景下的重新理解和阐释提供依据。 This article takes the acceleration of the globalization process as an entry point and points out that the extension of globalization is no longer limited to the globalization of economy but has expanded to such areas as political globalization, cultural globalization and environmental globalization. In this process, the discussion of the impact and challenge that the traditional concept of national sovereignty has successively received in economic, political and cultural fields provides the basis for the re-understanding and interpretation of sovereignty in the context of globalization.
