目的观察蒸汽清洗机对显微吸引管的清洗效果。方法采用目测法和ATP生物荧光法,对蒸汽清洗机清洗显微吸引管的效果进行评价,同时与常规清洗法作平行比较。结果裸视法检测和生物荧光法检测手工清洗后的管腔器械,合格率分别为75%和0。裸视法检测和生物荧光法检测蒸汽清洗机清洗后的管腔器械,合格率均为100%。结论蒸汽清洗机清洗显微吸引管效果完全可以得到保证,可以广泛应用于管腔类器械的清洗。
Objective To observe the effect of steam cleaner on the microscopic suction tube. Methods The visual effect and ATP biofluorescence method were used to evaluate the effect of steam cleaner on the micropipettes. Meanwhile, the results were compared with the conventional method. Results The naked eye test and biofluorescence test were performed on hand-cleaned lumen instruments with the pass rates of 75% and 0 respectively. Amblyopia detection and biofluorescence detection of steam cleaner after cleaning the lumen devices, the pass rate was 100%. Conclusion The effect of steam cleaner cleaning microscopic suction tube can be guaranteed completely, which can be widely used in the cleaning of the instruments in the cavity.
