目的分析观察产前胎儿畸形筛查应用四维彩超对胎儿发育异常临床诊断准确性的影响。方法选取中国人民解放军第一五二中心医院2012年1月至2016年1月期间进行产前检查的2000例中晚期孕妇为研究对象,对其分别采用二维彩超和四维彩超进行诊断,以胎儿出生后情况或者引产后实际情况为对照标准,对比两种诊断方式的准确性。结果生产或者引产结果显示2000例研究对象中共有48例胎儿畸形,出现率为2.4%;二维彩超检出胎儿畸形36例,诊断符合率为75%;四维彩超检出胎儿畸形47例,诊断符合率为97.92%;四维彩超的诊断准确率高于二维彩超,P<0.05。结论超声检查是一种直接有效的胎儿畸形诊断方式,与常规的二维彩超相比,四维彩超有更明显的优势,可以大大的提高对胎儿畸形的检出率,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of prenatal fetal malformation screening with four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound on the accuracy of clinical diagnosis of fetal abnormalities. Methods A total of 2000 middle and late pregnant women undergoing prenatal examinations during the period from January 2012 to January 2016 of the People’s Liberation Army No.152 Central Hospital were enrolled in this study. The patients were diagnosed by two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasonography respectively. After birth or the actual situation after induction of labor as a control standard, compared the accuracy of the two diagnostic methods. Results The results of production or induction of labor showed that there were 48 cases of fetal malformations in 2000 subjects, the incidence rate was 2.4%; 36 cases of fetal malformations were detected by two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 75%; 47 cases of fetal malformations were detected by four- The coincidence rate was 97.92%. The diagnostic accuracy of four-dimensional ultrasound was higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound (P <0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound examination is a direct and effective method for the diagnosis of fetal malformations. Compared with conventional two-dimensional ultrasound, four-dimensional ultrasound has more obvious advantages and can greatly improve the detection rate of fetal malformations, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
