在有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench的Design Modeler(DM)模块中建立液压支架立柱缸体的参数化模型,然后导入该软件的Design Simulation(DS)模块中进行有限元分析。根据有限元分析结果,选取缸体内、外径为设计变量,等效应力和变形量为目标参数,最后在该软件的Design Xplorer(DX)模块中对立柱缸体进行优化。
The parametric model of hydraulic support column cylinder was established in the Design Modeler (DM) module of ANSYS Workbench, which was then imported into the Design Simulation (DS) module of the software for finite element analysis. According to the results of finite element analysis, the design variables and the equivalent stress and deformation are selected as the target parameters in the cylinder. Finally, the cylinder of the column is optimized in the Design Xplorer (DX) module of the software.
