随着桥梁建设技术发展突飞猛进,新修建的大跨径钢桥大多是正交异形钢桥面板,工程规模大,技术要求高,相应的机械设备和施工工艺不断更新,工艺参数指标亦随之改变,以港珠澳大桥钢桥面铺装工程为研究背景,对钢桥面表面喷砂除锈施工工艺进行研究。研究结果表明:车载式抛丸机钢桥面喷砂除锈效果良好,钢桥面喷砂除锈采用车载式抛丸机和手推式抛丸机组合施工工艺,建议钢桥面粗糙度质量应控制在50~140μm。研究成果可为其他类似桥面铺装工程提供较好的借鉴。

It is suggested that the roughness of steel deck surface Should be controlled at 50 ~ 140μm. The research results can provide a good reference for other similar bridge deck paving projects.
