结合生产实际情况,对不同的模具材料、不同的处理方法、不同的硬度指标的模具,在磁脉冲磁场力的冲击下进行了寿命检测试验,分析了在脉冲磁场力作用下影响弹簧校形所用模具的使用寿命原因,提出了提高模具寿命的解决办法。实际结果表明,在磁脉冲磁场力的作用下,适当降低模具硬度,提高抗冲击韧性,有利于模具寿命的提高。
