不少单位的班子成员分工多少年一贯制十分普遍,只要人员不调动或职务不发生变化,分工也就不会变化,日复一日,年复一年,周而复始。这样做看似一切正常,而其实负面影响也是显而易见的,不仅导致班子整体活力下降,而且极易产生诸多弊端,如腐败问题、人浮于事、相互扯皮问题等
In many units, the division of labor among the members of a unit has always been the most prevalent system.
