目前,国内对含缺陷压力容器的安全评定方法已比较成熟,但这些评定方法都是针对容器内压力是恒定值的情况,对储罐这种随着储液高度不同压力也不同的常压容器是否也适用,国内外研究尚未有定论。两者的主要区别在于缺陷部位的压力不同。因此重点针对储罐下节点区缺陷部位的应力进行了研究,利用有限元软件ADINA,建立了下节点区的数值仿真模型并进行了求解,得到了适用于求解储罐下节点区应力值的简化计算方法。以此为基础,即可参照GB/T 19624-2004《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》规范对储罐进行安全评价。
