天桥水电厂KVB37-18型轴流转桨式水轮机系罗马尼亚布加勒斯特金属工厂20世纪70年代初期产品,其额定出力37MW,3号机组4个叶片均不同程度存在着裂纹缺陷.多年来对机组进行过数次修复补焊,但因对原叶片材质及焊接性能缺乏细致的了解,其焊接效果不理想.后在科研单位的协作下,制定出合理的补焊工艺,应用于3号机组#4叶片裂纹的补焊,效果良好.有关叶片材料的可焊性分析、焊接材料的选择、焊前准备工作、施焊工艺、焊后热处理及焊后检查等内容在文中做了介绍.
