目的:观察狼毒多糖(EFP-AW1)对S180荷瘤鼠免疫逃逸功能的影响。方法:将50只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型组、狼毒多糖100 mg.kg-1组、环磷酰胺100 mg.kg-1组(CTX)、联合给药组(EFP-AW1+CTX)。分组给药10 d后,通过噻唑蓝(MTT)、酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)、流式细胞术(FCM)之方法,检测荷瘤鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖情况、转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、T淋巴细胞亚群(CD4+T,CD8+T)表达。结果:狼毒多糖可增加刀豆蛋白A(ConA)/脂多糖(LPS)诱导的荷瘤鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖能力(P<0.05),降低血清中TGF-β1的分泌(P<0.05),增加CD8+T细胞百分含量(P<0.05)。结论:ESP-AW1可通过增强荷瘤鼠抗肿瘤免疫应答功能,抑制肿瘤细胞在体内转移和复发。
Objective: To observe the effect of Eupolyphagae Polysaccharide (EFP-AW1) on immune escape function in S180 mice. Methods: 50 male ICR mice were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, lutein polysaccharide 100 mg.kg-1 group, cyclophosphamide 100 mg.kg-1 group (CTX), combined administration group (EFP -AW1 + CTX). After group administration for 10 days, the proliferation of spleen lymphocytes was detected by MTT assay, flow cytometry (FCM) and flow cytometry (FCM) β1), T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 + T, CD8 + T). Results: Compared with the control group, the levels of TGF-β1 in the serum of the tumor-bearing mice were significantly increased (P <0.05) Increase the percentage of CD8 + T cells (P <0.05). Conclusion: ESP-AW1 can inhibit the metastasis and recurrence of tumor cells in vivo by enhancing the anti-tumor immune response of tumor-bearing mice.
