菜花的贮藏菜花又名花椰菜,是由特别发达的花轴和花蕾组成,营养丰富,味道鲜美,纤维少,易消化。菜花的维生素含量仅次于辣椒,所含的芳香异硫氰酸等化合物,是癌细胞的天然抑制剂。贮藏菜花以单球包装贮藏最好。优良品种有瑞士雪球和荷兰雪球,通常在10月中旬收获。但作贮藏的菜花应尽可能晚收,采收越晚,贮期越长,效果越好。贮用菜花要保留2轮叶片,不要沾水,并选取球大充实、洁白紧凑的花球装筐,然后放入1℃左右的库内码垛,预冷24—36小时。用0.015毫米厚的聚乙烯膜热合
