目的:建立茵黄清木合剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法,用虎杖对照药材及大黄素、大黄素甲醚对照品对虎杖进行检识,用五味子对照药材及五味子甲素对照品对五味子进行检识;采用HPLC法测定其中虎杖苷的含量,色谱柱为HypersilODS_5 C_(18)柱(300mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(15:85),检测波长306nm。结果:TLC色谱均斑点清楚,空白样品无干扰。虎杖苷在2.068~15.510μg·ml~(-1)的范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.07%(RSD=1.32%)。结论:该试验建立的方法专属性强,操作简便、快速、准确,可用于对茵黄清木合剂进行质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of Yin Huang Qing Mu Mixture. Methods: TLC method was used Polygonum cuspidatum medicinal herbs and emodin, physcion reference substance Polygonum cuspidatum identification, Schisandra control drug and schisandrin A reference substance Schisandra identification; HPLC determination of which polydatin The column was Hypersil ODS_5 C_ (18) column (300 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (15:85) and the detection wavelength was 306 nm. Results: TLC chromatin spots were clear, blank samples without interference. The concentration of polydatin showed a good linearity (r = 0.9997) in the range of 2.068 ~ 15.510μg · ml ~ (-1) with an average recovery of 98.07% (RSD = 1.32%). Conclusion: The method established by this experiment is specific, easy to operate, fast and accurate, and can be used for quality control of Yinhuang Qingmu mixture.
