郭旭:传统的HR在企业管理中实现的是支持功能。但是有一种观点认为,在人才创造型企业,应该以HR为核心开展ERP项目;在劳动力密集型企业,应该以生产为核心开展ERP项目。请谈谈对这个观点的看法,EHR(人力资源信息化系统)可能成为企业ERP的核心吗?
