目的通过检测心力衰竭患者住院后24 h内血清胆碱酯酶(CHE)的活性,探讨其与心衰严重程度的关系。方法选择心力衰竭患者62例,按NYHA分级,其中NYHA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级19例,Ⅲ级27例,Ⅳ级16例。采用全自动生化分析仪(Olympus AU),对心衰患者进行血清CHE活性的测定。结果 NYHA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级血清CHE活性为(8340±2049)U/L,Ⅲ级为(6137±1759)U/L,Ⅳ级为(5126±1599)U/L,CHE活性在心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心衰患者血清胆碱酯酶活性与心功能分级呈正相关,可作为评估心衰严重程度参考指标之一。
Objective To detect the serum cholinesterase (CHE) activity within 24 h after hospitalization in patients with heart failure and explore its relationship with the severity of heart failure. Methods Sixty-two patients with heart failure were selected according to NYHA classification, including NYHA classification Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ 19 cases, Ⅲ grade 27 cases, Ⅳ grade 16 cases. Serum CHE activity was measured in patients with heart failure using an automated biochemical analyzer (Olympus AU). Results The serum CHE activity of NYHA class Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade was (8340 ± 2049) U / L, grade Ⅲ was (6137 ± 1759) U / L and grade IV was (5126 ± 1599) U / There was significant difference between grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ and grade Ⅳ (P <0.05). Conclusions The serum cholinesterase activity in patients with heart failure is positively correlated with the grade of cardiac function, which can be used as a reference index to evaluate the severity of heart failure.
