及时、高精度地测量列车轮对表面参数对铁路安全运输非常重要。尽管激光扫描测量法具有测量精度高和不易于磨损的优点,但目前国内外采用该方法测量车轮踏面时,实际测量精度和效果均不理想。提出一种基于激光线扫描测量法的轮对表面参数测量方法。系统基于三角测量原理,利用2个面阵CCD(Charge-coupleddevice)摄像机,获取来自被照射部分车轮表面的“散射”光图像。通过图像识别、特征提取、数据处理等方法,快速获取轮对踏面的参数。实验研究表明,该列车轮对踏面参数测量方法具有检测速度快、精度高的特点。
It is very important to measure the surface parameters of trains in time and accurately for the safe transport of the railway. Although laser scanning measurement has the advantages of high precision and not easy to wear, but the current domestic and international measurement of wheel tread, the actual measurement accuracy and effectiveness are not ideal. A method for measuring surface parameters of wheelsets based on laser line scanning measurement is proposed. Based on the principle of triangulation, the system uses two CCDs (Charge-Coupled Device) cameras to obtain “scattered” light images from the surface of the irradiated part of the wheel. Through the method of image recognition, feature extraction and data processing, the parameters of the wheel-tread can be quickly obtained. Experimental results show that this method has the advantages of fast detection speed and high precision.
