用慢性实验方法,在30只Wistar大鼠胃窦部浆膜面埋置Ag/AgCl双极电极,观察腹腔注射前列腺素E1(prostaglandinE1,PGE1)对胃窦肌电活动的影响。结果发现PGE1:①可降低慢波振幅;②使快波振幅呈现先抑制后增强的双相性变化,其增强时间较短;③导致腹泻。PGE1对慢波和快波的抑制作用与肾上腺素能α和β受体无关,对快波的兴奋作用可能经由胆碱能M受体。
Chronic experimental methods were used to implant Ag / AgCl bipolar electrodes in the antrum of 30 Wistar rats to observe the effect of intraperitoneal injection of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) on the myoelectric activities of the antrum. The results showed that PGE1: ① can reduce the amplitude of the slow wave; ② make the amplitude of the fast wave appear to be suppressed first and then increase the biphasic changes, the enhancement time is short; ③ cause diarrhea. The inhibitory effect of PGE1 on slow and fast waves is not related to the adrenergic alpha and beta receptors, and the excitatory effect on fast waves may be via the cholinergic M receptor.
