设计了一个1.1W单通道自适应滤波的D类音频功率放大器,该功率放大器采用双边对称三角波作为载波的PWM调制方式,有效降低功放的总谐波失真度。测试结果表明:在5V电源电压下驱动4Ω负载,可提供1.1W的额定输出功率,效率高达90%。电路采用共模反馈的全差分放大输入设计具有高噪声抑制比,低静态电流与较强的抗电源干扰EMI的特点。
A 1.1W single-channel adaptive filter Class-D audio power amplifier is designed. The power amplifier uses bilateral symmetrical triangular wave as a PWM modulation mode of the carrier to effectively reduce the total harmonic distortion of the power amplifier. The test results show that driving a 4Ω load at a 5V supply voltage provides 1.1W of rated output power with up to 90% efficiency. Circuits with a common-mode feedback fully differential input amplification design with high noise rejection ratio, low quiescent current and strong anti-interference power supply EMI characteristics.
