以沔渡隧道地形偏压土石交界过渡段为依托,采用现场测试和数值模拟手段,对土石交界过渡段隧道支护结构受力及围岩变形情况进行了现场测试与数值分析。研究结果表明:受地形偏压及围岩软硬不均的影响,钢拱架内力呈现不对称分布,不同台阶的施工转换引起钢拱架内力发生急剧变化,下台阶开挖后钢拱架受力变化明显,钢拱架存在向左下侧(土层侧)挤压的趋势,偏压作用明显。据此提出了土石交界地质隧道不对称支护措施,可为类似工程设计与施工提供参考。
Relying on the transitional section of the rock-soil interface at the cross-section of the tunnel, the on-site testing and numerical simulation were carried out to test the force and the deformation of the surrounding rock in the transitional section of the earth-rock interface. The results show that the internal forces of the steel arches are asymmetrically distributed due to the bias of the terrain and the unevenness of surrounding rock. The internal forces of the steel arches vary sharply due to the construction transformation of different steps, Force changes obviously, there is steel arch to the left (soil side) the trend of extrusion, bias obvious. Based on this, the unsymmetrical support measures for the geological tunnels at the interface between earth and rock are proposed, which can provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
