隔热屏是构成航空发动机加力燃烧室的重要构件之一,主要起防振和对加力筒体隔热冷却作用,其制造精度直接影响到隔热屏与加力筒体之间的间隙,而间隙则直接影响加力燃烧室的性能甚至使用可靠性。目前,我国某型航空发动机隔热屏材料为高温合金材料,波形为纵波,而且尺寸较大,因此可以称之为“大尺寸高温合金纵波隔热屏”。此类隔热屏的现行成形工艺为滚压成形,该工艺存在成形质量差和效率低的问题。本文着重阐述了大尺寸高温合金纵波隔热屏整体成形技术研究,设计出两种整体成形隔热屏模具及其工艺,并进行了整体成形试验。
The heat shield is one of the important components that constitute the afterburner of aeroengine afterburner. It mainly acts as anti-vibration and adiabatic cooling effect on the afterburner. Its manufacturing accuracy directly affects the gap between the heat shield and the afterburner , While the gap directly affects the performance of afterburner combustion chamber or even the use of reliability. At present, the heat insulating material of a certain kind of aero-engine in our country is made of high-temperature alloy material, the wave form is longitudinal wave, and the size is large, so it can be called “large-size superalloy longitudinal wave heat shield”. The current forming process of such a heat shield is roll forming, which poses the problem of poor forming quality and low efficiency. This article focuses on the large-size superalloy longitudinal wave heat shield overall forming technology research, design two overall forming heat shield mold and its technology, and the overall forming test.
