The main criteria for evaluating the economic effects of different process processes are the time required to complete this process. Obviously, it is necessary to select the processing method that takes the least amount of time and the lowest processing cost in the case of complying with the established technical conditions. This paper compares the following three processing methods: (1) Lathe machining method; (2) Adjusting machine tool hexagonal lathe processing note when processing each new part; (3) Adopting hexagonal lathe processing method for batch adjustment of parts. In order to facilitate the above analysis, the number of parts classified as parts is determined (see Appendix 1, 2, 3). 1. Comparison between the lathe processing method and the hexagonal lathe processing method for adjusting the machine tool for each new part. The preparation end time is one of the components of the calculation time. It is the main factor that decides whether to use the lathe processing scheme or the hexagonal lathe machining scheme.
