大型钢制真空球罐及管路系统是风洞产生高速气流的一种动力方式,其结构强度和承载能力直接影响到风洞的正常运行。以2000m3真空球罐及管路系统为研究对象,建立球罐及管路系统模型,对系统结构进行结构分析和强度校核,验证了大型球罐及管路系统的强度安全性,为类似大型球罐系统结构分析提供参考。
Large-scale steel vacuum tank and pipeline system is a kind of dynamic way to produce high-speed airflow in wind tunnel. Its structural strength and bearing capacity directly affect the normal operation of wind tunnel. Taking the 2000m3 vacuum tank and piping system as the research object, the model of the tank and piping system was established. The structural analysis and strength checking of the system structure were carried out to verify the strength and safety of the large spherical tank and pipeline system. Spherical tank system structure analysis provide a reference.
