As early as 1912 Bowen reported 2 cases of “precancerous skin lesions”, and now known precancerous lesions (such as Parker’s disease, xeroderma pigmentosum, X-linear dermatitis and senile keratosis) Histologically very similar. Therefore, Bowen’s disease is squamous cell carcinoma in situ. It has been shown that the disease is associated with human papillomavirus type 16 (HPV)-specific DNA. Since 1958, 28 cases have been reported in the country, and the course of the disease is about 2 months to 36 years. The lesion ranged from 0.3 x 0.6 cm to 15 x 11 cm. As of 1990, a total of 617 cases were reported abroad, and the ratio between men and women was 1.2:1, or 0.8:1. The disease can affect the skin of any part of the body
