目的 探讨CD44v6和抑癌基因PTEN表达与胆管癌生物学行为的关系。方法 用催化信号放大免疫组化方法 ,检测43例胆管癌组织中CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达 ,综合分析了CD44v6和PTEN蛋白表达与胆管癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果 胆管癌组织中 ,CD44v6和PTEN表达阳性率分别为 62 8% ( 2 7/ 43 )和 3 9 5 % ( 17/ 43 )。CD44v6高表达、PTEN低表达与胆管癌的TNM分期、分化程度和转移密切相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 检测CD44v6和PTEN表达提示胆管癌生物学行为不良。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and tumor suppressor gene PTEN and the biological behavior of cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The expressions of CD44v6 and PTEN in 43 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were detected by using the method of signal amplification and catalysis amplification. The relationship between the expression of CD44v6 and PTEN protein and clinicopathological factors of cholangiocarcinoma was analyzed. Results The positive rates of CD44v6 and PTEN in cholangiocarcinoma tissues were 62.8% (27/43) and 395% (17/43), respectively. The high expression of CD44v6 and the low expression of PTEN were closely related to the TNM stage, differentiation and metastasis of cholangiocarcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of CD44v6 and PTEN expression suggest that the biological behavior of cholangiocarcinoma is poor.
