“大公有私论”是在中国改革开放、建设社会主义市场经济过程中一直颇为流行的观点。实际上,“大公有私论”是在公私观问题上一种似是而非的调和论调,在貌似合理的外衣背后,掩盖或者偷运假公济私、化公为私等自私利己主义的价值追求。持此论者提出了立论的四大根据,即人性自私论、市场经济论、个人利益论和私即公论。在社会主义市场经济条件下,我们决不能简单粗率地、无前提地坚持大公无私(先公后私、公而忘私),而是需要直面现实、区别对待,差异化地寻找大公无私价值观与各种主体、社会实践的结合点,从而充分发挥社会主义核心价值观的实践功能,最大程度地激发整个社会的正能量,发扬正价值的积极效应。
