高压安全阀的性能直接影响到液压支架的工作特性。影响安全阀性能的因素很多,而阻尼的影响特别突出。本文对高压安全阀的阻尼位置与动态特性的关系进行了全面分析。详细分析了阀前阻尼、阀中阻尼、阀后阻尼对动态性能的影响。根据以上观点,制造出三种不同结构的高压安全阀,经过反复试验,证明了阀前阻尼的稳定性好。
The performance of high-pressure safety valve directly affects the operating characteristics of the hydraulic support. Many factors affect the performance of safety valve, and the damping effect is particularly prominent. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the damping position and the dynamic characteristics of high-pressure safety valve. The effects of valve damping, valve damping and valve damping on dynamic performance are analyzed in detail. From the above point of view, to create three different high-pressure safety valve structure, after repeated tests to prove the stability of the damping valve before the good.
