目的研究妊娠大鼠植入期子宫组织内白血病抑制因子(LIF)的表达。方法应用免疫组织化学超敏SP法对大鼠妊娠植入期子宫进行检测。结果发现LIF在子宫腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、基质细胞、血管内皮细胞和肌细胞中均出现强阳性反应。结论LIF在胚泡植入过程中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF) in uterine tissue of pregnant rats during implantation. Methods Immunohistochemical hypersensitivity SP method was used to detect the uterus during pregnancy. The results showed that LIF appeared strong positive reaction in uterine cavity epithelial cells, glandular epithelial cells, stromal cells, vascular endothelial cells and muscle cells. Conclusion LIF plays an important role in blastocyst implantation.
