在煤矿企业的发展运行中,用工管理工作发挥着至关重要的作用,不管是在协调岗位安排与聘用上,还是在发挥人力资源的价值方面,均具有不可替代的作用。但是,在现阶段的发展中,煤矿企业用工管理还不够成熟,存在诸多问题,导致企业劳动用工资源得不到有效支配,使人员效益被降低,对企业的发展产生一定的不利影响。因此,必须对煤矿企业用工管理问题进行深入探讨,采取有效的措施解决用工管理问题,促进企业的发展。
In the development and operation of coal mining enterprises, the employment management plays a crucial role, both in the coordination of job placement and hiring, or in the value of human resources play an irreplaceable role.
