目的:观察痛必定对CCI模型大鼠痛阈的影响,并探讨其镇痛作用机理。方法:测定用药前后CCI大鼠压痛阈值的变化,采用免疫组织化学方法研究痛必定粉针对CCI大鼠脊髓背角c-fos基因表达的影响。结果:痛必定粉针可明显提高CCI模型大鼠的疼痛阈值(P<0.05),抑制由疼痛所引起的脊髓背角c-fos表达增强的效应(P<0.05)。结论:痛必定粉针对CCI模型大鼠具有明确的镇痛作用,减少脊髓背角神经元对传入的伤害性刺激的反应,可能是其发挥镇痛作用的途径之一。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of pain must-do on pain threshold in CCI model rats and to explore its analgesic mechanism. Methods: The changes of tenderness threshold of CCI rats before and after treatment were measured. The effect of Tongbiting powder on c-fos gene expression in spinal dorsal horn of CCI rats was detected by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Paidibust injection could significantly increase the pain threshold in CCI model rats (P<0.05), and inhibit the enhanced c-fos expression in spinal dorsal horn caused by pain (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The pain-altering powder has a clear analgesic effect on CCI model rats and reduces the response of spinal dorsal horn neurons to afferent noxious stimuli, which may be one of the ways to exert analgesic effect.
