本文研究了聚偏氯乙烯等四种聚合物乳胶对漂珠/水泥体系水化反应,微相结构和性能的影响。通过扫描电镜、X衍射、热重、差热和力学性能分析测试,结果表明:聚合物乳胶影响了水泥的水化反应和CSH的形成。但因聚合物乳胶薄膜具有好的粘结力、韧性及充填孔隙作用,因而固化体系的强度,特别是抗弯强度仍然提高较大。
In this paper, the effects of four polymer latexes, such as polyvinylidene chloride, on the hydration reaction, microphase structure and properties of the bead/cement system were investigated. By scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, differential thermal and mechanical properties, the results show that the polymer latex affects the hydration reaction of cement and the formation of CSH. However, due to the good adhesive force, toughness, and pore filling effect of the polymer latex film, the strength, especially the bending strength, of the cured system still increases greatly.
