使用RPA2000P多功能橡胶分析仪测试了不同BPO用量的硫化特性;通过改变BPO的用量,采用溶析成孔方法制备了具有不同交联网络的开孔结构硅橡胶泡沫材料,研究了交联网络对硅橡胶泡沫材料性能的影响;结果显示,随着BPO用量的增加,硅橡胶泡沫材料拉伸强度在BPO为2.5份时较大(0.73MPa),断裂延伸率逐渐减小后趋于稳定,硬度逐渐增加后趋于稳定;当BPO达到3.5份时,σ(ε=0.4)有最大值(2.08MPa),再增加BPO用量,σ(ε=0.4)值略有下降的趋势,当BPO达到3.5份时,松弛率出现最小值(17.6%),松弛性能较好。
The RPA2000P multi-functional rubber analyzer was used to test the vulcanization characteristics of different BPO dosage. By changing the amount of BPO, an open-cell structure silicone rubber foam with different cross-linked networks was prepared by the method of dissolution porosity. The results show that with the increase of BPO dosage, the tensile strength of the silicone rubber foam is larger (0.73MPa) when the BPO is 2.5, the elongation at break gradually becomes stable and the hardness When BPO reaches 3.5, the maximum value of σ (ε = 0.4) (2.08MPa) and the increase of BPO dosage, the value of σ (ε = 0.4) tends to decrease slightly. The minimum relaxation rate (17.6%) was observed with good relaxation properties.
