紧固轴力是决定摩擦型高强度螺栓连接承载力大小的主要因素之一。为满足我国高强度螺栓连接副向大规格、高防腐能力发展的需要,对直接拉力指示器的工作原理和施工方法(间隙测量法和彩胶目测法)进行分析,指出两种施工方法的不足之处,并在直接拉力指示器的基础上,研究自动控制垫圈施工方法。通过采用全新的“以力控制力”的控制原理和使用超薄传感器的施工方法,使高强度螺栓连接副的施工基本达到准确、可靠、简单、方便。
