目前市场上的多缸内燃机以V型结构居多,尤其是V型6缸柴油机,它具有结构紧凑、强度高、耐用性好以及较好的燃油经济性等特点,被广泛应用于军用装甲车和民用重载运输车等。本文针对某常用90°V6柴油机为研究对象,通过曲轴错拐的方法对柴油机内部激励载荷进行优化设计,以减小内燃机的往复惯性力矩和倾覆力矩,从而减小内燃机的振动与噪声。
