在弱碱性介质中,茶碱能显著增强双氧水氧化鲁米诺的化学发光信号,据此建立了一种流动注射化学发光测定痕量茶碱的新方法。化学发光信号值与茶碱浓度在2.0×10-7~1.0×10-6mol/L和在1.0×10-6~8.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线形关系,方法测定检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L,对浓度为4.0×10-6mol/L的茶碱溶液连续测定11次的相对标准偏差不大于2.5%。应用于测定茶碱缓释片中茶碱含量,简便、快速、准确,结果令人满意。
In weak alkaline medium, theophylline can significantly enhance the chemiluminescence signal of luminol oxidation by hydrogen peroxide, and a new method for the determination of trace theophylline by flow injection chemiluminescence was established. The chemiluminescence signals showed a linear relationship with theophylline concentration of 2.0 × 10-7 ~ 1.0 × 10-6mol / L and 1.0 × 10-6 ~ 8.0 × 10-6mol / L. The detection limit was 1.0 × 10-7mol / L, and the relative standard deviation of 11 times of theophylline solution with a concentration of 4.0 × 10-6mol / L was not more than 2.5%. Used in the theophylline sustained-release tablets in the determination of content, simple, fast and accurate, the results are satisfactory.
