为了减少在切削加工中刀具的磨损,降低生产成本和提高生产率,本文把半导体制冷技术应用平车刀上,并对其切削情况进行了分析研空。试验证明,由于加速了车刀热量的导出,有效地降低了切削区域的温度,从而提高了刀具的耐用度。本文还总结分析了半导体制冷车刀不同结构的特点,为使用这种新型刀具提供了理论和实践的依据。
In order to reduce the cutting tool wear and tear, reduce production costs and increase productivity, this paper applies the semiconductor cooling technology on the flat turning tool, and analyzes the cutting situation of the research. Experiments show that, due to the acceleration of the export of calipers, effectively reducing the temperature of the cutting area, thereby enhancing the durability of the tool. This paper also summarizes the characteristics of different structure of semiconductor cooling turning tool, which provides theoretical and practical basis for the use of this new type of cutting tool.
