目的通过分析医院全号段分时预约挂号的实施情况,发现全号分时预约的优点与不足,提出解决对策。方法通过现场观察对比我院实行全号段分时预约前后的排队现象和拥挤程度,以及对随机抽取的300位预约患者的问卷调查数据进行归纳及统计分析。结果参与调查的患者中有207位受访者认为减少了自己在医院的等候时间,占全部受访者的69%,225位受访者认为为自己安排就医时间提供了便利同时也避开了就诊高峰时的拥挤,占全部受访者的75%,其中关于医院开展全号段分时预约工作的满意程度的选项中:299位受访者选择十分满意或满意,选择不满意的患者仅有1人。结论实行全号段分时预约后,早高峰排队时间明显缩短,候诊区域拥挤程度有所下降,黄牛倒号现象有所抑制,患者就医感受提升。全号段分时预约挂号的方式使医患双方都得到益处,医院应不断完善预约方式并加强预约后续服务的管理,引导患者合理就诊,改善患者就医感受的同时使有限医疗资源得到充分发挥。
Objective By analyzing the implementation of the registration of the full number of hospital segments, find out the advantages and disadvantages of the full number of time-sharing appointments, and propose solutions. Conclusion The implementation of full-time segment booking, early peak queuing time was significantly reduced waiting area crowded degree decreased, the flip-flop phenomenon was suppressed, the patient’s medical experience increased.
