近年来,随着航空运输业的蓬勃发展,乘坐飞机已逐渐成为了人们远行的主要选择方式之一。但是,随之而来的,各种危害航空安全的犯罪行为也不断增多,对公民的人身、财产安全构成威胁的同时,更对于社会的稳定、国家的共同利益造成了极大的危害。2014年3月8日,马航客机失联事件的发生,使国人对航空安全的关注达到了一个空前的程度,同时,也给各国的航空安全管理体制和航空安全犯罪预防体系敲了个警钟。围绕航空安全,各界再次展开了新一轮的聚焦与争论,而关于航空安全犯罪的问题,无疑是探究的重中之重。
In recent years, with the vigorous development of the air transport industry, the flight has gradually become one of the main options for people to travel. However, as a result, all kinds of criminal acts endangering aviation safety have also been on the rise, posing a threat to the personal and property safety of citizens. At the same time, it has also greatly jeopardized social stability and the common interests of the country. On March 8, 2014, the failure of Malaysia Airlines’ passenger plane failed to make people’s attention to aviation safety at an all-time high. At the same time, it also sent a wake-up call to the national aviation safety management system and the aviation safety crime prevention system. Around aviation safety, people from all walks of life once again started a new round of focus and debate. However, the issue of aviation safety crime is undoubtedly the most important issue to be explored.
