根据考核指标及实际管理的需要,以河南油田炼油厂普遍推流式活性污泥法作为试验对象,选择化学耗氧量、硫化物、温度、溶解氧做为考察因素,选用L9(43)正交表,进行了四因素三水平的正交试验。并将试验结果做了相应的验证,选出了该厂现运行的普通活性污泥法的最佳操作参数,将其用于污水处理后,合格率有了显著提高,取得了良好的经济效益和社会环境效益。
