用简便方法设计合成了两种双臂的双缩氨基硫脲衍生物(L_1和L_2)作为阴离子比色法检测用的探针主体,并得到L_2的单晶结构。结果发现,阴离子对主体L_1的滴定过程中,紫外-可见吸收光谱有明显变化,表明L_1可以通过溶液颜色的变化选择性识别F~-。L_1与F~-的作用是形成氢键并伴随一个脱氢过程。
Two kinds of bisthiosemicarbazone derivatives (L_1 and L_2) were designed and synthesized as the probes for anion colorimetry with a simple method. The single crystal structure of L_2 was obtained. The results showed that there was a significant change of UV-vis absorption spectra when L 1 was titrated by anion, which indicated that L 1 could selectively recognize F ~ - by the change of color of solution. The role of L_1 and F ~ - is to form hydrogen bonds with a dehydrogenation process.
