通过对静压PHC桩进行沉桩过程压力记录试验、隔时复压试验和静载试验,分析了PHC桩的单桩承载力及其变化。试验结果表明:压桩过程的沉桩压力与静力触探测试所反应的土层的力学性状相对应;PHC桩的竖向承载力存在时效性。复压值的增长率和增长过程与土层性质有关,在地质条件相同的情况下,复压值的增长过程保持一致,最终增长率相等;对于端承型桩可以用沉桩终压值来预测单桩极限承载力,现场可以用终压值来作为打桩桩长控制标准。
The static pressure PHC pile is subjected to pressure recording test of pile sinking process, pressure test at intervals and static load test, and the bearing capacity of single pile of PHC pile and its variation are analyzed. The experimental results show that the pile driving pressure in piling process corresponds to the mechanical behavior of soil layer in the static test. The vertical bearing capacity of PHC pile is time-efficient. The growth rate and growth of compound pressure are related to the nature of soil layer. Under the same geological conditions, the growth of compound pressure value is consistent and the final growth rate is equal. For the end bearing pile, Predict the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile, the final pressure can be used as a site to control the pile length.
