在使用中的钢锭模的热应力是导致钢锭模变形、开裂的重要原因之一。用计算机模拟在使用中的钢锭模的温度场与应力场能提出钢锭模易变形及易开裂的部位,能为钢锭模结构设计提供重要参数。本文提出了当量导热率的概念,用它代替钢锭与钢锭模之间的热交换系数,大大简化了模拟计算的过程。并根据计算机模拟的球铁钢锭模的温度场和应力场设计新型结构的钢锭模,使钢锭模在浇注钢水以后所产生的热应力降低,且分布更加均匀。
The thermal stress of the steel ingot mold in use is one of the important reasons for the deformation and cracking of the steel ingot mold. Computer simulation of the temperature field and the stress field of the steel ingot mold in use can make the ingot mold easy to deform and crack easily and provide important parameters for the design of the steel ingot mold structure. In this paper, the concept of equivalent thermal conductivity is put forward. It is used to replace the heat exchange coefficient between ingot and ingot mold, which greatly simplifies the process of simulation calculation. According to the computer simulation of the temperature field and the stress field of the ductile iron ingot mold, a new structure ingot mold is designed to reduce the thermal stress of the ingot mold after pouring the molten steel, and the distribution is more even.
