抽油杆在油田开发过程中是起传递动力作用的,上连抽油机,下接深井泵,是抽油装置中的一个重要组成部分.由于条件比较恶劣,抽油杆柱在工作过程中接触不同腐蚀介质,要承受多种循环的载荷,所以抽油机存在着日益突出的杆管偏磨问题。截止2013年1月到6月底,切六区开井99口因抽油杆断脱作业37井次,产生作业费1339620元。大多数油井使用的都是年限已经很长的抽油杆,日益突出的疲劳老化现象,造成断脱井次频繁增加,致使该油田的检泵周期和油井免修期的提前,不但增加的很多不必要的费用支出,还造成油井产量和经济效益的减少。
