中职生大多基础薄弱,在学习习惯、行为方式、思维品质和兴趣爱好等方面存在很多差异,因此理解力和水平也参差不齐,在学习需求和能力发展上也不尽一致.然而,传统教育“一刀切”的教学模式显然无法满足不同学生的学习需要,差异化教学势在必行.笔者在课堂实践的基础上结合中职生的特点,从教学几个环节中的差异化教学进行了一些探讨,使不同认知水平和特征的学生能够更有效地学习和发展,从而建立高效课堂.
