采用直管磁过滤弧离子镀在304不锈钢表面沉积CrN单一涂层和Cr/CrN复合涂层,分别运用X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损仪测试分析了其组成结构及复合涂层的表面机械性能。结果表明:直管磁过滤弧离子镀Cr/CrN复合涂层呈现出致密、均匀的表面形貌,且具有高硬度、低摩擦系数等优异的表面机械性能,显著提高了304不锈钢表面的耐摩擦磨损特性。
The CrN single coating and Cr / CrN composite coating were deposited on the surface of 304 stainless steel with straight tube magnetic filtration arc ion plating.
