英语阅读能力是初中英语学业考试考查的主要能力之一,所以广大教师把有效提高学生的阅读理解能力当作了重要的教学目标。但是,农村初中学生与城市初中学生相比,普遍存在着阅读量少,阅读速度慢,理解能力弱的特点,学生一直处于被动阅读的状态,初中英语的阅读教学效果自然也达不到理想效果,因此,提高农村初中英语阅读量,是广大农村初中英语教师目前广泛关注和重点研究的问题。
English reading ability is one of the main abilities of junior high school English test, so the majority of teachers regard reading comprehension effectively as an important teaching goal. However, compared with urban junior high school students, rural junior high school students generally have the features of low reading speed, slow reading speed and weak understanding ability. Students are in a state of passive reading, and the effect of reading teaching in junior middle school English can not reach the ideal effect Therefore, raising the English reading quantity in junior middle school in rural areas is a problem which the majority of middle school English teachers in rural areas pay a lot of attention and focus on at present.
