在某些特殊的使用情况下,如需使用人力运输到达现场时,塔机需要严格控制各部件单体自重,这对塔机上下支座的轻量化设计有很高要求。本文利用ANSYS有限元软件对某小型塔机的下支座建立模型并进行静力分析,得到了典型工况下结构优化前后的等效应力云图和位移云图,完成结构分析与设计优化,达到轻量化设计的目的。该方法能较准确地反应小型塔机下支座受力状态,减少了传统计算方法带来的误差和繁复计算。
In some special use cases, if you need to use human transport arrived at the scene, the tower crane needs to strictly control the weight of each component monomer, which has high requirements on the light weight design of tower crane up and down support. In this paper, ANSYS finite element software was used to build a model of a small tower crane and static analysis. The equivalent stress and displacement cloud images before and after the structure optimization under typical conditions were obtained. Structural analysis and design optimization were completed, The purpose of quantitative design. The method can accurately reflect the bearing status of the small tower crane and reduce the errors and complicated calculations brought by the traditional calculation methods.
