素食不仅仅是一种饮食方式,更是一种生活方式,又或者说是一种修行的途径。古今中外有许许多多的人支持素食的观点,而且也切身践行着素食主义。不仅仅是因为素食能够使身体更加健康,而且能够帮助人进行心灵上的修行。素食对五脏六腑均有裨益,对生活以及心情有一个好的引导,甚至有助于社会和国家的稳定和谐。本篇论文将简单的介绍素食主义,人们为何素食以及素食的作用。 Vegetarian diet is not just a way, but also a way of life, or a way to practice. There are so many people both in China and abroad that support vegetarianism and are also vegetarianists. It’s not just vegetarianism that helps to make your body healthier, but also helps people to practice spirituality. Vegetarian food is beneficial to all internal organs and has a good guide to life and mood, and even helps to bring about a stable and harmonious society and the country. This essay will give a brief introduction to vegetarianism, the reasons why people are vegetarian and vegetarian.
