食品药品监管系统机构改革之后,普遍存在监管人员的知识结构与专业要求不相匹配的问题,妨碍了监管职责的履行和行政效能的发挥,各地都在积极探索队伍建设的有效方法。本文通过对浙江省宁波市食品药品监管人员成人函授学历教育专项工作情况的介绍,为各地培训工作提供良好先例,为监管队伍素质提升提出有益建议。“,”After the structural reform in the food and drug supervision system, the knowledge structure and the professional re-quirements of the supervisors is unmatched, which hinder the fulfillment of regulatory responsibilities and the performance of adminis-trative efficacy. Effective ways for team building are actively explored throughout the country. The paper introduced the adult corre-spondence education of the supervisors in Zhejiang Ningbo food and drug supervision system to provide a good example for training work throughout the country and some useful suggestions for the quality improvement of the supervision team.
