本文针对医院卫生材料管理中的弊端,结合笔者多年的从业经验,提出医院必须加强管理,降低医院成本的建议:坚持源头参与,突出对医疗材料采购的事前制约;坚持验收监督,抓好入库质量、数量、价格的严格检验;坚持零库存管理,加强对医疗材料空投资金的遏制;坚持卫生材料的使用控制;坚持规范核算,加强对卫生材料存量增减变化的盘点核实。
This article aims at the drawbacks of hospital hygiene materials management, and combines the author’s many years of experience in the industry, and puts forward suggestions that hospitals must strengthen management and reduce hospital costs: adhere to the source of participation, highlight the prior restrictions on the procurement of medical materials; adhere to the inspection and supervision, do a good job storage Strict inspection of quality, quantity, and price; Adherence to zero inventory management, strengthening the containment of airborne investment in medical materials; Adherence to the use of hygiene materials; Adherence to standardized accounting, and strengthening of inventory verification of changes in the stock of sanitary materials.
